5 Ways to Improve Your Instagram Aesthetic
December 14, 2017
1. A Clear Brand Identity
What is your brand’s personality type? Are you adventurous? Edgy and bold? Playful and fun? Defining this will help you narrow down what type of content you will be featuring.
Quality cameras are so accessible even the cameras on our phones produce high res photos. There’s no excuse for grainy or blurry photos on your Instagram. So make sure every picture is clear, sharp, and well-lit. Save real life / behind-the-scenes / lower quality snaps for Instagram stories.
3. Color Scheme
Choose at least 1 primary color and then feature that / those colors within every post. For example, we have an element of black in every 1 of our posts.
Choose one font and stick to it for all your graphic posts.
Insta-Planners are a fantastic tool because they enable to plan your feed and visualize what all the content will look like together. Basically, a planner enables you to move your future posts around like tiles, that way you can rearrange them to see what looks best. We like the app, Later, but there are many other options out there.
